His potent magical power is counterbalanced by his bumbling and generally inept nature. At several centuries of age, his past is filled with color and mystery. He currently takes up residence in a small, run-down apartment in Tecton City, where he continues his magical studies and uses his power to fight rampaging monsters, with varying degrees of success.

He moved to Tecton City to further his studies in the field, but had little concept of what he was getting himself into. He once considered himself eccentric due to his extensive collection of hats with eyes, all name Carol, but is slowly coming to understand that he is a fairly ordinary person. Having spent most of his life far from any ley line, he is unaccustomed to magic or monsters, or supernatural phenomena in general. After his arrival in Tecton, he and Okk became fast acquaintances.
